On Methods of the Effective Management of Classroom Teaching Process for International Chinese Language Education Teachers

汉语国际教育师资在进行课堂管理时要涉及许多方面,在实施课堂教学的过程中不能忽视课堂管理的重要性。汉语教师要重视在学生完成课堂教学作业过程中的有效课堂管理,通过注重学生作业的布置及检查,以及通过掌控作业的难度,还有在课堂上控制课上作业完成过程以避免出现课堂管理问题。汉语教师对学生在课堂上开展小组活动也要进行有效的管理,通过布置合适的学习任务和引入学生参与管理使课上小组活动能顺利开展。

The classroom management of international Chinese language education teachers involve many aspects, but its impor- tance should not be ignored in classroom teaching. To avoid problems concerning classroom management in students＇ accom- plishment of classroom assignments, international Chinese lan- guage education teachers should arrange and check assignments effectively and balance the difficulty of assignments. Besides, in- ternational Chinese language education teachers should carry out effective management of classroom group activities through ar- ranging proper learning tasks and letting students participate in classroom management.
