高校转型期陕西省独立学院传媒艺术类人才培养定位的思考

陕西省是一个高教大省,高等教育资源丰富集中,高校转型期间如何从"高教大省"成为真正意义上的"高教强省"是当前陕西省高等教育教学改革的首要任务。独立学院作为陕西省新建地方本科院校,必须探析明确自身的人才培养定位,彰显办学理念和教育教学特色,打好"特色牌",突出人才培养的核心竞争力,这样才能在走出一条符合自身长远发展、特色鲜明、充满活力的内涵建设之路。

As a big province in higher education, Shaanxi Province has rich and centralized higher education resources. In the transformation period of colleges, it is the top task of higher education reform in Shaanxi Province to become a powerful province in higher education. As newly established local under- graduate colleges in Shaanxi, independent colleges must explore a clear orientation for their talent cultivation, highlight their school-running concepts and education characteristics, and en- hance their core competitiveness in talent cultivation, so as to find a distinctive and energetic road of connotation-oriented con- struction suitable for their long-term development.
