Theoretical innovation of systemized mobile communi- cation technology course based on working process is introduced in this paper. According to training target of applied technological talents and job requirement of university graduate majored in communication engineering, training targets of systemized mobile communication technology course based on working process and curriculum design are given. Applied technological talents are trained by curriculum development of systemized mobile commu- nication technology course based on working process, guided by job and depending on project.
