This paper makes a systematic introduction to the ob- jective, mode and merits of the training of masters of clinical psy- chology in America. The merits are mainly reflected in diversified teaching evaluation methods, emphasizing comprehensive ability cultivation, focusing on the combination with the society, and open and active teaching system. By introducing the above, we hope to provide some references for the training of masters of clinical psychology in China.
