工商管理类专业“T”型人才培养模式研究——以某应用型高校为例

"T" Style Talent Cultivation Mode of Business Administration Specialty:Taking an Applied University as an Example

T型人才培养是应用型高校教育理念与企业需求接轨的重要表现之一,但目前T型人才培养在知识体系掌握、知识灵活运用能力和综合能力方面与人才培养目标存在一定的差距,采用"逆向工程法"构建工商管理类专业T型人才培养框架、通过落实综合教育、改变考核方式和构建虚拟企业项目实现职场仿真可以有效提高T型人才培养质量。

T style talent cultivation is one of the important symbols of the connection between applied university educational con- ception and enterprise demand. But when it concerns to the knowledge master degree, ability of using knowledge flexibly, and comprehensive abilities, there is a distance between the current cultivation situation and aim of T style talent cultivation. Through building T type talent cultivation framework of business adminis- tration specialty with reverse engineering method, implementing the comprehensive education, changing the evaluation mode, and building a virtual enterprise project to make duty field simulation come true, the quality of T style talent cultivation will be highly improved.
