Research on the Countermeasures to Improve the Practice Ability of Teachers for Library Information Retrieval Course

本文分析了目前图书馆信息检索课教师实践能力提高存在的问题,提出从教师改变观念,强化实践意识和科研意识;外在条件的支持;多与学院专业教师交流;主动参与图书馆读者服务工作等四个方面的对策,以促进教师实践能力的提升。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in improving the practice ability of teachers for library information retrieval course, and puts forward four countermeasures to promote the improvement, including enhancing teachers＇ awareness of prac- tice and scientific research, the support of external conditions, communicating more with professional teachers, and actively participating in library reader service.
