随着人类社会进入以知识资本为驱动力的经济发展新阶段,文化创意产业得到了越来越多的国家和地区的重视。放眼世界,英国、美国和韩国发展文化创意产业的经验尤其值得借鉴——英国政府大力地支持文化创意产业,并推出顺应时代的政策;美国加强对知识产权的保护;而韩国在"文化立国"战略指导下以文化创意产业作为国家支柱产业和主导出口产业。这些正是当前我国发展文化创意产业宝贵的国际经验。

As the human society has entered a new stage of eco- nomic development driven by intellectual capital, cultural and creative industry has been attached to much importance by an increasing number of countries and regions. Taking the whole world in view, the experience of Britain, America and Korea in developing cultural and creative industry is especially worthy of learning. Their experience are the very international experience for China＇s development of cultural and creative industry at present.
