湿热环境对维C银翘片中维生素C含量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of hygrothermal environment on the content of vitamin C in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets

摘要 目的研究湿热环境对维C银翘片中维生素C含量的影响。方法先通过干扰试验、精密度试验,判断维C银翘片中其他成分对实验测定有无影响,考察了实验的精密度;再通过常温常湿、干燥、湿热、高温高湿、低温高湿、高温低湿、低温低湿条件下维生素C含量测定实验,比较研究湿热环境对维C银翘片中维生素C含量的影响。结果与干燥、湿热条件比较,维C银翘片更适合在常温常湿条件下储存和运输;湿热条件不适合保存;其中,最不适合的储运条件是高温高湿环境,维生素C降解最为明显;低温低湿条件下,维生素C含量接近常温常湿环境。结论生产、储存、运输维C银翘片,以常温常湿为宜;应尽力避免高温高湿、低温高湿环境;低温低湿环境对保障药品维生素C含量方面与常温常湿作用相近。 Objective To establish a method to study the influence of hygrothermal environment on the content of vitamin C in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets. Methods Through the interference test and precision test, the effect of the other components in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets were determinated, and the experimental precision was researched. The content of vitamin C determi- nation experiment were tested under different conditions, such as normal temperature and normal humidity, dry, hot and humid, high temperature and high humidity, low temperature and high humidity, high temperature and low humidity, low temperature and humidity. The effects of environmental temperature and humid on the vitamin C content in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets were compared. Results Compared with dry and wet conditions, the room temperature and normal humidity conditions are more suitable for the storage and transport of the Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets ; hot and humid conditions are not suitable for storage and transportation. The most unsuitable storage and transportation conditions are high temperature and high humidity environment, under which the degradation of vitamin C is most obvious. The content of vitamin C in low temperature and low humidity condi- tions is close to the one on normal temperature and normal humidity environment. Conclusion The production, storage, trans- portation of Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets should try to avoid high temperature and high humidity, low temperature and high humid- ity environment, with room temperature and normal humidity as suitable conditions. Room temperature and normal humidity, low temperature are equivalent with low humidity conditions on ensuring the content of vitamin C.
