扬州市江都区艾滋病病毒/艾滋病检测途径与晚发现情况分析

Analysis of detection ways and late diagnosis of HIV/AIDS in Jiangdu district of Yangzhou

目的了解扬州市江都区HIV/AIDS检测途径与晚发现情况,为调整本地区HIV检测策略提供参考。方法对江都区2002年-2015年在册管理的257例HIV/AIDS患者的检测途径与晚发现情况进行回顾性分析。结果江都区257例HIV/AIDS的检测途径以"其他就诊者检测"为最多,占37.35%(96/257);被动检测方式占68.87%(177/257),主动检测方式占31.13%(80/257);晚发现比例为38.13%(98/257),其中被动检测方式与主动检测方式分别为46.33%(82/177)、20.00%(16/80),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.01,P<0.01)。结论江都区HIV/AIDS以被动检测发现为主,晚发现比例较高;应增设HIV咨询检测窗口,加强检验人员技术培训,扩大艾滋病监测检测覆盖面,更多地发现感染者;同时要重点加强VCT等主动检测与监测,提高HIV/AIDS的早发现比例。

Objective To understand the detection ways and the late diagnosis of HIV/AIDS in Jiangdu district of Yangzhou, so as to provide reference for the strategies adjustment of HIV detection in this region. Methods The findings of the detection ways and the late diagnosis of 257 cases in the management of HIV/AIDS in Jiangdu district from 2002 to 2015 were retrospec- tively analyzed. Results Most of the detection ways of 257 cases of HIV/AIDS in Jiangdu was ＂other medical detections＂, accounted for 37.35% （96/257）; passive detection methods accounted for 68.87% （177/257） and active detection methods accounted for 31.13 % （80/257） ; the proportion of the late diagnosis was 38.13 % （98/257） , and among which passive detec- tion method and active detection method respectively accounted for 46.33% （82/177） and 20.00% （16/80）. The difference in data between the two ways was statistically significant（χ^2= 8.01, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The findings of HIV/AIDS in Jiangdu district were dominated by passive detection, and late diagnosis accounted for a higher proportion. HIV counseling and testing windows should be added to expand the coverage of HIV surveillance and detection and to find more infections; at the same time, VCT active detection and monitoring should be trengthened, so as to improve the proportion of earlier diagnosis of HIV/AIDS.
