纳米流体树脂与FujiⅨ型玻璃子水门汀修复牙周袋内根面龋的效果评价

摘要 目的探讨纳米流体树脂与FujiⅨ型玻璃子水门汀2种材料修复牙周袋内根面龋的临床效果。方法选取2014年4月-2016年4月海军总医院口腔科收治的98例老年牙周袋内根面龋患者,共155颗患牙,根据修复材料的不同分为两组,A组患者50例,患牙79颗,给予纳米流体树脂材料修复,B组患者48例,患牙76颗,给予FujiⅨ型玻璃水门汀材料修复。治疗后对两组患者进行1a的随访,分别对修复6个月和12个月的效果进行评价。结果两组患者修复6个月后,A组与B组患者的修复成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者修复12个月后,A组患者的修复成功率显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论纳米流体树脂修复牙周袋内根面龋的效果优于FujiⅨ型玻璃子水门汀,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Nanofluids resin and FujiⅨtype glass cement in repairing root caries within periodontal pockets.Methods Ninety-eight patients with one hundred and fiftyfive root caries in senile periodontal pockets were selected from February 2013 to April 2016 in Dept.Stomatology of PLA NAVY General Hospital,which were divided into two groups depending on the repair material.79 teeth within 50 patients in Group A were repaired with fluid resin materials.76 teeth within 48 patients in Group B were repaired with the glass cement material FujiⅨ.After treatment with 12 months follow-up,the repair effect of all caries were evaluated at 6months and 12 months.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate between group A and group B after 6months of repair(P〉0.05);After 12 months of repair,the success rate of repair in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P〈0.05).Conclusion Nanofluids resin repair periodontal pocket inside the root surface caries effect is better than that of FujiⅨ type glass cement,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
