新疆乌鲁木齐某三甲医院2002-2016年变应性鼻炎住院患者资料调查研究

Investigation on hospitalized patients with allergic rhinitis related diseases in a three tertiary hospital in Xinjiang from 2002-2016

目的通过对变应性鼻炎回顾性研究,总结住院患者变应性鼻炎的临床特点及变化趋势,为该病的防控提供理论依据。方法收集乌鲁木齐某三级甲等医院2002-2016年变应性鼻炎住院患者的临床资料,应用Excel软件建立数据库,了解患者性别、年龄、职业、住院天数、出院情况等一般特征,分析变应性鼻炎住院患者动态变化情况及变应性鼻炎汉族、维吾尔族住院患者动态变化情况。结果 2002-2016年变应性鼻炎住院患者人数总体处于增长趋势,住院患者平均住院天数不断缩短。2002-2016年变应性鼻炎汉族、维吾尔族住院患者人数总体处于增长趋势,住院患者平均住院天数不断缩短,而住院天数下降的速度不断趋于缓和,2002-2016年维吾尔族变应性鼻炎患者住院天数下降速度大于汉族。结论新疆乌鲁木齐变应性鼻炎患病率逐年处于增长趋势,住院患者平均住院天数不断缩短。

Objective To retrospectively investigate the allergic rhinitis by summarizing the clinical characteristics and trends of patients hospitalized,thereby providing the theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods Collected was the clinical information of patients with allergic rhinitis hospitalized in first class tertiary hospital.The retrieved information was put in Excel software to establish the database.Analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0software version.Statistical difference was analyzed of the gender,age,occupation,hospital stay,hospital and other general features of patients with allergic rhinitis,so did the dynamic change of Han and Uygur patients with allergic rhinitis.Results From 2002 to 2016,there was an increasing trend towards the number of patients with allergic rhinitis.,the average length of hospital stay was increasingly decreased.Whereas the velocity of shortening of hospitalization day tends to reach a plateau.in addition,the velocity of shortening for Uyghur patients with allergic rhinitis was faster than that of Han patients in 2002-2016.Conclusion There was an increasing trend towards Uyghur patients with allergic rhinitis in Urumqi;while shortening trend towards the hospital day of patients hospitalized can be observed after analysis.
