摘要
基于严寒地区公共建筑工程实例,借助Designbuilder构建其仿真模型,通过分析传统公共建筑的能耗及其能耗贡献度,明确关键能耗影响因素。进而提出围护结构被动节能改造方案,深入分析被动改造方案的节能敏感性,提出其节能贡献度。研究结果表明,严寒地区公共建筑能耗主要来源于5个关键因素,属于节能控制重点;被动改造方案对于采暖和制冷用电2个因素节能敏感性高,能够有效降低严寒地区公共建筑采暖能耗;相对于传统方案,屋面改造措施的节能贡献度最大(25.79%),楼板改造措施的最小(11.58%),严寒地区公共建筑被动节能改造时可优先考虑改造屋面结构。
A simulation model of the public building project that located in severely cold area was established by Designbuilder software, the energy consumptions and the energy contribution of the traditional public buildings were investigated, and then the key factors that influenced energy consumptions were identified, Based on this,this study proposed the passive retrofit measures of envelope energy-saving and investigated the energy-saving sensitivity and'energy-saving contribution of the passive retrofit measures. Results indicated that the energy consumptions of the public building project that located in severely cold area mainly produced by 5 key factors,which were the important targets of energy-saving control,the energy-saving percentage of the zone sensible heating and zone sensible cooling could be effectively changed by different passive retrofit measures,thus the zone sensible heating and zone sensible cooling were regarded as the relatively high energy-saving sensitivity factors;Compared with traditional measures,the energy-saving contribution of roof retrofit measures was the biggest with the percentage of 25.79% and that of the floor retrofit measures was the least with percentage of ll.58%,thus,roof improvements should be firstly considered for passive energy-saving retrofit of public buildings in severely cold areas.
