摘要
研究了干法脱硫灰对多种水泥凝结时间、力学性能、安定性、外加剂相容性等性能的影响。结果表明,以CaSO_3·1/2H_2O为主要成分的干法脱硫灰有显著的缓凝效果;干法脱硫灰在一定掺量范围内对水泥熟料强度具有激发作用,尤其后期强度增长明显;应用聚羧酸系减水剂时,脱硫灰体系有较好的外加剂相容性。
The effects of dry flue gas desulfurization byproduct on the setting time,mechanical properties, stability,compatibility of additives and other properties of the cement were studied. The results show that the desulfurization ash with CaSO3· 1/2H2O as the main component has a significant retarding effect,within a certain range of dosage,dry flue gas desulfurization byproduct has an excitation effect on the strength of cement,especially for the later strength growth;when with polycarboxylate water reducer applied in the cement,dry flue gas desulfurization byproduct has good compatibility with them.
