旋覆代赭汤加减联合泮托拉唑治疗胃食管反流病临床效果观察

Clinical effect of improved Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined with pantoprazole for treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的探讨旋覆代赭汤加减联合泮托拉唑治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床疗效。方法 GERD患者80例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予口服伊托必利联合泮托拉唑治疗,观察组给予旋覆代赭汤加减联合泮托拉唑治疗,疗程均为8周。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分及疗效的差异。结果治疗后观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组反酸、烧心、胸痛、胃胀、呃逆积分均低于治疗前,并且治疗组症状积分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论旋覆代赭汤加减联合泮托拉唑治疗GERD疗效显著、安全,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of improved Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined with pantoprazole on gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD）.Methods Eighty patients with GERD were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given oral itopride combined with pantoprazole ,while the observation group was given improved Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined with pantoprazole .The treatment lasted for 8 weeks in both groups .The clinical symptom scores and therapeutic effects before and after treatment were compared between the two groups .Results After treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the acid reflux,pyrosis,chest pain,gastric distension and hiccup scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups ,and the symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Improved Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined with pantoprazole is significantly effective and safe for the treatment of GERD,which is worthy of popularization .
