摘要 采用CSEM THT07-135高温摩擦试验机,研究了不同温度下碳纤维增强聚酰亚胺复合材料的摩擦磨损行为,重点考察了稀土改性对复合材料摩擦学性能的影响.结果表明;稀土改性处理可以提高复合材料在测试温度范围内的减摩耐磨性能.通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)对纤维改性前后的形貌进行分析,发现稀土溶液对纤维表面具有一定的刻蚀作用,进而提高了其比表面积;通过XPS测试分析,发现改性后的碳纤维表面的O、N含量增加,从而提高了纤维表面的极性,最终提高了纤维与树脂间的界面结合强度和材料的耐磨性能. In this study, the tribological properties of carbon fiber reinforced polyimide composite at elevated temperatures were investigated on a high temperature tribometer (CSEM-THT07-135) and the effect of carbon fiber surface treated by rare earth solution on the tribological properties of composite was mainly evaluated. The results show that the composite reinforced with treated carbon fiber exhibited better anti-friction and wear resistance properties at evaluated temperature. In order to identify the reinforcing mechanism of surface modification, the microstructure of carbon fiber before and after treatment was characterized by field emission scanning electronic microscopy and the elemental composition on the fiber surface was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectrometer. The rare earth solution etched the carbon fiber, and as a result, elements O and N were rich on the surface, the specific surface area and polarity of fiber surface were prompted. Consequently, the interfacial adhesion strength between fiber and matrix and the wear resistance of composite were improved.
