摘要
建筑业BIM技术发展快速,在超高层等复杂建筑得到广泛应用。深圳平安金融中心作为国内最具智能和可持续发展的超高层建筑,全寿命周期运用BIM技术。重点介绍在管理协同方面,工程各参建方BIM运行架构、BIM模型标准、数据流向等BIM管理模式构建。在BIM创新应用方面,介绍了基于BIM的全专业深化设计,预制化工厂加工,虚拟仿真建造技术,数字化建造技术等典型创新应用案例。
As BIM technology rapidly developing in the construction industry, it has been widely used in the high-rise complex buildings. Shenzhen Ping' an Financial Center as the most high-level domestic intelligent and sustainable development of high-rise buildings is applying BIM technology in the whole life cycle. This paper mainly introduces the construction of BIM management mode, such as BIM management architecture, BIM model standard, data flow and so on. The BIM wide professional design, prefabricated processing, virtual simulation construction technology, digital construction technology and other cases in BIM innovation applications are introduced.
