重点讨论了BIM特征、BIM的有效应用以及BIM将如何助力实现建筑产业现代化和BIM的发展路径。结合首届中国建设工程BIM大赛情况,研究分析了在大赛中优胜的项目有哪些共同点,探索BIM如何能做到有效应用,并对BIM的发展提出政策建议。
The features and effective application of BIM and how BIM will help to achieve the modernization of the construction industry and the development path of BIM are described in detail. According to the first China construction BIM competition, the winning projects common points are researched and analyzed to explore how BIM can be effectively used and put forward policy suggestions on the development of BIM.
