高速机车齿轮箱内部润滑油流场特性数值模拟 被引量:11

Numerical Simulation of the Flow Field Characteristic of Lubricating Oil in the Gearbox of High Speed Locomotive

摘要 以某型机车齿轮箱为背景,基于CFD软件Fluent,应用动网格及Profile技术对齿轮箱油浴润滑的内部流场进行了动态数值模拟。建立了齿轮箱的二维VOF多相流模型,计算了齿轮箱在3种转速(启动低速、常规中速、最高转速)下的流场动态特性,获得了在不同速度运行工况下齿轮箱内部流场的相态、压力、速度分布图,为齿轮箱的设计与维护提供了相应的理论依据。 The dynamic numerical simulation of inner oil bath lubrication flow filed of a type locomotive gearbox is carried out by using dynamic mesh and Profile technology based on CFD software Fluent. A two- dimensional VOF multiphase model of the gearbox is built,the dynamic characteristic of the inner flow filed is calculated as the input velocity of the gearbox varied during the 3 speed( starting at low speed,medium speed,maximum speed). The phase,pressure and velocity distribution of internal flow field of the gearbox under different speed condition are obtained. The simulation results would provide a theoretical basis for the design and maintenance of the gearbox.
