摘要
在实际弧面凸轮加工中,由于弧面凸轮加工曲面通常为对称结构,导致了刀具与工件极易形成干涉问题,针对这一加工难题,提出弧面凸轮偏置的设计理论。在优化承载能力上,通过双沟槽设计冗余了驱动面,提高了弧面凸轮机构的承载能力。利用MATLAB、UG软件进行偏置式冗余弧面凸轮的精确计算、建模。
In the actual manufacturing process of globoidal cam,due to the processing surface of globoidal cam is always considered as symmetrical structure,hence the interference between the tool and the workpiece is easy to be formed. Aiming at the processing problem,the design theory of offset type redundant globoidal cam is proposed. Through the double cannelure,the redundant drive surface is designed,the loading capacity of globoidal cam is improved. By using the MATLAB and UGNX software,the precise calculation,modeling of the offset type redundant globoidal cam are carried out.
