论智能可穿戴设备在我国体力活动大数据分析中的应用 被引量:53

Application of Smart Wearable Devices in the Big Data Analysis of Physical Activity in China

摘要 回顾我国体力活动研究方法和研究工具的现状,探讨智能可穿戴设备在体力活动大数据研究中应用的可行性,并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。1)虽然体力活动问卷的效度较低,但问卷依然是我国近10年体力活动研究最常用的测量工具,在大数据时代,我国体力活动领域的研究需要更有效、经济、方便,且适用于长周期、大样本的研究工具。2)加速度探测技术、心率探测技术和全球卫星定位系统(GPS)技术是目前可穿戴设备测量体力活动能量消耗的主流技术,数据挖掘和机器学习等方法的应用进一步提升了测试的效度。国产智能可穿戴设备估算能量消耗的效度不高,仍具有较大的技术提升空间。智能可穿戴设备在体力活动的大数据研究领域具有非常广阔的应用前景。3)智能可穿戴设备技术和大数据分析方法将给体力活动研究带来深远的影响,可能引起研究理念、研究工具、数据分析方法的重大变革。 Research methods and instruments in physical activity(PA)studies in China was reviewed,the feasibility of applying smart wearable devices in big data analysis was discussed,and developing treads in the future was prospected.Several conclusions were made in the current study:1)Although validities of physical activity questionnaire were low,questionnaires were still the most frequently applied research instruments in the measurement of physical activity in the past ten years in China.In the era of big data,valid,economical,convenient instruments which could be applied in long-term and large sample size study are in great request;2)The techniques of accelerometer,heart rate and Global Positioning System(GPS)are the main techniques applied in smart wearable devices in the measurement of energy expenditure in PA,and the validity could be improved if data mining and machine learning are used in the algorithm.Although the validities of domestic smart wearable devices are not high,there is great room for the improvement.The smart wearable devices have has prosperous application prospects in PA studies.3)Smart wearable devices and the statistical methods of big data will bring a profound impact on the research idea,instruments and statistical methods in PA studies.
