摘要
法人制度有利于投资的增加和资本的积累,法人人格否定制度的落实,有利于避免法人滥用职权、逃避法律义务,是对传统法人制度的一种补充和完善,体现了法律的公平和公正,保证了权力和义务的对等,是切实可行的一种制度。
The legal person system is conducive to the increase of investment and the accumulation ofcapital. The implementation of the negation system of legal personality is helpful to avoid the abuse of le-gal power and evasion of legal obligations. It is a complement and perfect to the traditional legal personsystem. Justice, to ensure the power and obligations of reciprocity, is a practical system.
