摘要 飞机理论外形曲面往往由多个曲面片接合构成,为实现接合区域曲面的局部重构,首先将曲面离散成规则的点,然后基于CATIA软件曲面造型功能构建网格曲面,同时提出基于逆向点云快速构建曲面的思路,生成单一、最小包络零件几何体的矩形曲面,实现了曲面控制点数与曲面光顺和重构精度的最佳匹配,并对曲面拟合误差、重构曲面品质进行了分析。 In order to rebuild and join the surfaces,it applies basic curve theory to disperse the surface into some well- regulated points,and establishes the grid surface based on the curve constructing function of CATIA software. It proposes the thinking for constructing curve quickly through inverse point cloud and the single rectangular curve with least envelopment of component geometry. This method achieves the best matching between the number of controlling points of curve and surface smoothing as well as reconstructing accuracy,and fits the error of curve.
