摘要
应用精雕软件SurfMill的曲面造型功能并结合Creo软件设计了三角开关的注塑凸模;分析了三角开关凸模的结构特点和加工工艺要求,编制了合理的刀具路径,得出最优的加工策略。
Combining the surface modeling function of Surf Mill software with Creo system,it designs the injection mold of triangle switch,analyzes the structure characteristics and process requirements of this model,compiles the reasonable cutting tool path,obtains the optimum processing strategy.
