摘要
控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)是核反应堆中的重要设备之一,抱紧装置是CRDM实现运动类型转换的关键部件,其电磁性能直接影响CRDM的运动特性。为更好地分析CRDM的运动特性,提升CRDM关键部件的设计分析精度,利用ANSOFT有限元分析软件,通过理论分析和仿真计算相结合的方法,对抱紧装置的单边磁拉力、轴向电磁力和瞬态动作过程等电磁特性进行了研究,并通过试验测试的方法对计算分析结果的准确性进行了验证。试验结果表明,计算分析方法准确度可达90%。通过研究,获得了有、无偏心两种情况下抱紧装置的动作时程及CRDM运行过程中抱紧装置的受力状态,全面了解了抱紧装置的电磁特性,提升了CRDM整体设计水平。
Control rod drive mechanism( CRDM) is the important equipment in nuclear reactor. The enclasping device is the key part of CRDM to realize the movement conversion,and its electromagnetic performance directly affects the motion characteristics of CRDM. In order to analyze the motion characteristics of CRDM,enhance the design and analysis of precision of the key components of CRDM,it uses ANSOFT finite element analysis software,realizes the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,studies the unilateral magnetic force and axial force and electromagnetic transient process,and validates the accuracy of the calculation results of the method with the test. The test results show that the accuracy of the calculation method is up to 90%. This study provides the action and stress situation of the enclasping device in two cases with and without eccentricity,obtains the electromagnetic characteristics of the enclasping device,elevates the overall design level of CRDM.
