摘要 饮料工艺学是一门应用性很强的课程,当今饮料行业的变化日新月异,传统的教学内容和教学方法已经不能满足培养高质量人才的需要。本文描述了饮料工艺学的教学现状和存在的问题,结合教学实践提出了应用"三大结合"的特色教学方法,并对课程的考核体系进行了探讨,旨在通过"饮料工艺学"课程教学的改革,培养出更适应饮料行业发展的高素质人才。 "Beverage Technology" is a highly applied course, and the beverage industry is changing rapidly. The traditional teaching content and teaching methods cannot meet the needs of training high-quality talents. This paper described the current situation and existing problems in the teaching of "Beverage Technology". "Three-combinations" characteristic teaching methods were proposed on the basis of teaching practice, and the assessment system of the course were discussed. Through the reform of curriculum teaching of "Beverage Technology", high-quality talentswitl be fostered to be more suitable for the development of the beverage industry.
