摘要
本文主要调研水质量人才的重要性和紧迫性,对高校的本科层次水质量检测人才的培养进行探索与改革:攻克理论薄弱、上手难、实践技能差等几大难题,在课程上,将传统单一教师授课模式改成多单位合作模式,建立瀑布模型;在实践教学上,校内的实验室延伸到水质检单位的实验室,建立共同培训模型;在考查考核制度上不再是课堂考试和试验考试为主,采取混合模式,自由选择模型。在三个改革的基础上,学生适应能力强,就业人员的技能上手快,应用性强,获得用人单位的好评,并将持续深化探索,争取更好的效果。
Concerning the importance and urgency of talent cultivation for water quality detection, we carried out an exploration and reform on the undergraduate talent cultivation for water quality detection. Mter overcoming several major problems, we established a "waterfall" model, namely, a model based on the cooperation of multiple units. We also established a co-cultivation model based on the cooperation with water quality detection units. The evaluation system is no longer centered by classroom examinations and experiment examinations, as we took a blending model. Based on the above three aspects, students' adaptation ability was enhanced, workers' became more skilled. Therefore, we will deepen the relevant exploration, so as to achieve better effects.
