摘要
为培养具有创造、创新、创业精神与能力的工业工程应用型人才,以湖南工学院人因工程课程实践教学改革为例,本文从实验教学和课程设计两个角度探讨了该课程实践教学改革,以促进工业工程认证目标的达成。
To foster industrial engineer with ability of creative, innovative and enterprising, taking the practical teaching of human factor engineering of Hu'nan Institute of Technology as example, reform on curriculum practical teaching was carried out from experiment teaching and course design to obtain professional accreditation.
