比较教学法在房地产营销与管理专业核心专业课程教学中的应用

On the Application of Comparative Teaching Method to the Core Professional Courses of Real Estate Marketing and Management Major

中职房地产营销与管理专业核心专业课程"房地产销售实务"(一手房)和"房地产经纪操作实务"(二手房),内容既有差异,也有相似性,但是在知识的应用和技巧的使用上要求基本相同。在教学实践中发现,比较教学法有利于实现课程之间的渗透与融通,提高两门课程的学习效果。

There are both similarities and dissimilarities between the content of ＂Practice of Real Estate Sales＂ （new houses） and that of ＂Practice of Real Estate Brokerage Operation＂ （second-hand houses）, two core professional courses of real estate marketing and amangement major, but they are generally the same in knowledge application and skill use. In teaching practice, we found that comparative teaching method helps to integrate the two courses and improve the learning effect of them.
