高职教育具有"职业本色"和"高等特色"双维教学模式,在与创新创业教育相融合时,要从教学模式、实践基地、政策保障等方面,进行改革和创新,逐步探索出一套系统、全面、有效的创客孵化系统,培养出大批适应新经济常态下的新型创客。

Higher vocational education is a two-dimensional teaching model with the characteristics of both vocational education and higher education. When integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education with it, reform and innovation should be carried out in teaching model, practice base and policy basis, so as to form a systematic, comprehensive and effective maker cultivation system, and cultivate a large number of new-type makers suitable for the new normal economy.
