信息时代高职院校图书馆社会化服务的创新策略研究

Research on Innovative Strategies of Social Service by Libraries of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Information Era

信息时代,如何提升高职院校图书馆的社会化服务能力,是高职院校图书馆发展壮大需要格外关注的一大问题。本文首先分析了信息时代高职院校图书馆社会化服务的可行性,然后指出了信息时代高职院校图书馆社会化信息服务的三大方向,即为社区居民服务、为企业单位服务、为政府部门服务。最后给出了信息时代高职院校图书馆社会化服务的创新策略,包括更新服务理念、根据馆藏资源的特点开展特色服务、根据需求开展多样化的信息服务等。

How to improve the social service ability of libraries is a major issue higher vocational colleges should pay attention to in the information era in order to further develop their libraries. This paper first analyzes the feasibility of social service by libraries of higher vocational colleges in the information era, and then points out the three major directions of the social service, namely, service for community residents, service for enterprises and units, and service for governmental departments. Finally, the writer gives some innovative strategies for the social service of libraries in higher vocational colleges.
