市级终身教育体系构建中的开放大学角色定位

On the Role Orientation of Open Universities in the Construction of a Municipal Lifelong Education System

开放大学是城市终身教育体系的重要组成部分,其定位既要服从城市终身教育体系的建设需要,又要确保学校自身能够正常运行。本文从系统的角度分析了终身教育体系的基本需要以及学校生存和发展的条件,分析了市级电大目前所面临的外部环境和内部运行状况,提出了在目前的形势下开放大学如何扮演好自身的角色才能既有利于终身教育体系的建构,又有利于学校的生存和发展。

Open universities constitute an important part in a municipal lifelong education system, so their orientation should not only meet the needs of the system construction, but also ensure the normal order of their own work. From a systematic angle, this paper analyzes the basic requirements of a lifelong education system as well as the conditions for the survival and development of an open university, and also analyzes the external environment and internal operation of the current municipal open universities. Then this paper puts forward the role open universities should play under the current situation in order to benefit both the lifelong education system construction and their own survival and development.
