素质教育在中小学教学改革中的渗透

On the Infiltration of Quality-oriented Education into the Teaching Reform of Primary and Secondary Schools

素质教育正在我国教育学界如火如荼地进行,也涌现出以素质培养和拓展为主旨的教育改革实验,在我国的中小学教学领域,素质教育逐渐渗透到中小学的教学改革之中,然而由于一些因素的影响,导致中小学教学改革的渗透力不足,针对素质教育在中小学改革中的功效缺损的现象,需要采用有效的措施,系统优化,持续推进,从而使素质教育的观念深入到中小学改革的全过程之中,全面变革传统教育,实现素质教育的目标和任务。

Quality-oriented education has been implemented vigorously in China, and there are many education reform experi- ments aiming at quality cultivation and expansion. Quality-oriented education has been gradually infiltrated into the teaching reform of primary and secondary schools, but due to some factors, the infiltration is not so thorough. Concerning this phenomenon, we should take some effective measures to optimize the system and impel the infiltration, so as to further infiltrate quality-oriented education into the teaching reform of primary and seeondary schools. The ultimate goal is to reform the traditional education completely by realizing the objectives and tasks of quality-oriented education.
