摘要 为提高扣件式钢管模板支架搭设的安全性,对直角扣件节点的半刚性连接机制进行了试验研究。试验以盖板螺栓紧固扭矩为主要研究参数,并考虑制作工艺可能造成扣件性能离散的因素,完成了5个层次共60个试件的试验工作,系统性地获得了扣件式钢管模板支架节点半刚性连接机制的性能数据。 In order to improve the safe erection of fastener-style steel pipe formwork support, an experimental research on the semi-rigid connection mechanism of right-angle fastener joint has been carried out. Testing the cover screw tightening torque as the main research parameters, and considering the discrete factors of the fastener performance possibly caused by the processing technology, we have completed five different levels of experimental verification work, tested a total of 60 specimens and systematically obtained the performance data of semi-rigid connection mechanism of fastener-style steel pipe formwork support joint.
