近几年各地出现的食品安全事故引起社会对食品卫生安全管理的重视。由于学校食堂的食品卫生安全与学生以及老师的饮食健康密切相关,需要加强这一方面的工作。结合实际情况,在学校后勤工作制度完善后,学校食堂的综合管理水平有了很大程度的提高,但是安全事故依然时有发生,由此可见在安全管理的过程中依旧存在着许多的问题,对广大在校师生造成食品安全隐患。食堂的食品卫生安全管理直接关系到广大师生的身体健康,为此需要相关部门、学校和社会的高度重视。
