不良修复体对基牙牙周组织的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Bad Prosthesis on Periodontal Health

目的分析不良修复体对基牙牙周组织的影响。方法抽取我院于2015年5月—2016年10月收治的80例(80颗牙)口中存在粗糙锤造冠桥以及自凝树脂修复牙缺失与牙间隙患者,对其不良情况予以归纳和统计。结果 37例患者出现牙龈出血和黏膜损伤,21例患者出现继发龋、根尖炎症,15例患者出现基牙松动,7例患者出现修复体松动,并且修复体检查结果为边缘锐利、自凝树脂修复和基牙粘结不良以及锤造冠桥不密和。结论粗糙锤造冠桥以及自凝树脂对牙缺失与牙间隙进行修复时并无良好的可行性。

Objective To analyze the adverse effects of bad prosthesis on periodontal tissue. Methods In our hospital, 80 cases （80 teeth） from May 2015 to October 2016 by rough swaged crown and bridge repair and self curing resin teeth and tooth clearance in patients with the mouth, and to summarize the statistics of adverse circumstances. Results Through the examination, 37 cases of patients with gingival bleeding and mucosa injury, 21 cases of patients with secondary caries and periapical inflammation, 15 eases occurred butment, 7 cases of patients with prosthesis loosening, and repair the examination results for sharp edges, self curing resin repair and abutment poor adhesion and swaged crown and bridge and not close. Conclusion There is no good feasibility in the process of tooth loss and tooth space reconstruction with the rough crown and self-curing resin.
