后路手术内固定治疗脊柱骨折的临床探析

Clinical Research on Posterior-surgery and its Internal Fixation in Treatment of Spine Fractures

目的探析后路手术内固定治疗脊柱骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2015年12月—2016年12月因脊柱骨折于我院就诊的患者共计72例,按数字法随机分两组。一组有36例,实施外植骨融合术,设对照组。另一组有36例,实施后路手术内固定,设实验组。术后比较两组效果。结果实验组Cobb角和VAS评分改善更明显,经统计学处理,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论脊柱骨折患者实施后路手术内固定治疗,疗效可靠,患者Cobb角和VAS评分改善显著。

Objective To make an investigation on the clinical effect of posterior surgery and its internal fixation in the treatment of spine fractures. Methods 72 patients of spine fractures who were treated in hospital were selected from December 2015 to December 2016 to study and separated them into two groups randomly according to digits method. 36 patients in control group were given with bone grafting fusion surgery, while, another 36 patients in study group were given with posterior-surgery and its internal fixation treatment; and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ assessment scores of Cobb and VAS were improved more greatly. According to statistic processing, there are significant differentials between two groups with statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with spine fractures, posterior surgery and its internal fixation treatment is effective and reliable and it is efficiency to improve patients＇assessment scores of Cobb and VAS.
