正畸与修复联合治疗成人牙齿错的临床治疗效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Treatment Effect of Orthodontics Combined With Repair in Treatment of Adult Teeth Malocclusion

目的探讨正畸与修复联合治疗成人牙齿错的临床治疗效果。方法 70例患者均为本院2013年10月—2015年12月收治的成人牙齿错病例,按照治疗患者意愿分为两组。对照组35例患者不愿意作假牙,采用拔牙矫正关闭缺牙间隙,观察组35例患者不愿意拔牙,实施正畸联合修复治疗。观察两组患者治疗情况,统计其并发症的发生情况,牙周条件改善情况。同时,于治疗结束后向患者发放我院自制满意度调查表对治疗情况进行评价。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率、治疗满意度高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。随访半年,观察组患者牙周探诊深度、牙龈出血指数改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对成人牙齿错可联合正畸和修复治疗,显著改善患者牙齿错的情况,减少并发症,改善牙周条件,其安全有效。

Objective To probe into clinical treatment effects of orthodontics combined with repair in treatment of adult teeth malocclusion. Methods 70 cases of patients with adult teeth malocclusion and who accepted treatments in our hospital from October 2013 to December 2015 were selected, and were divided into two groups according to the wishes treatment of the patients. In the control group of 35 patients were not willing to make dentures, and were used the extraction of teeth, while in the observation group of 35 patients were not willing to pull teeth, and were implemented the orthodontics combined with repair. Then,the treatment of two groups of patients were observed, the occurrence of complications and improvement of periodontal condition were counted. At the same time, after the end of treatment, the treatment effects were evaluated by the distribution of self satisfaction questionnaire to patients. Results The total effective rate and treatment satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the eontrol group, but the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After the follow-up period of six months, the depth of periodontal probing depth and gingival bleeding index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with adult teeth malocclusion treated by the orthodontics combined with repair, which can significantly improve the situation of tooth malocclusion, reduce complications and improve periodontal conditions, and it is safe and effective.
