观察肩胛胸壁关节运动训练治疗肩袖损伤术后肩关节功能障碍的疗效

The Effect of Shoulder Joint Movement Training on Shoulder Joint Dysfunction After Rotator Cuff Injury

目的评价肩袖损伤术后肩关节功能障碍患者接受肩胛胸壁关节运动训练的效果。方法将60例肩袖损伤术后肩关节功能障碍的患者作为研究对象,结合回顾性和前瞻性方法进行研究。平均分为两组:对照组接受常规康复训练,观察组联合应用肩胛胸壁关节运动训练。3个月后比较患者治疗前后的肩关节功能评分,并将治疗3个月后观察组与对照组的肩关节功能恢复情况进行比较。结果 3个月后,两组患者的肩关节功能平均均有所改善,相比于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肩关节功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肩胛胸壁关节运动训练与常规康复训练相互结合有助于更好的改善肩关节功能。

Objective To evaluate the effect of shoulder joint movement training on shoulder joint dysfunction after rotator cuff injury. Methods 60 patients with rotator cuff injury were studied retrospectively and prospectively. The patients were divided into 2 groups： the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, while the observation group was treated with the combination of the training of the scapular joint. The shoulder function score was compared before and after treatment for 3 months, and the recovery of shoulder function was compared between the observation group and the control group after treatment for 3 months. Results After 3 months, the shoulder joint function of the two groups of patients on average were improved, compared with before treatment, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）; Observation group of patients with shoulder joint function recovery was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of the training of the joint of the shoulder and chest wall and routine rehabilitation training can improve the function of the shoulder joint.
