摘要
目的探讨血液灌流在尿毒症患者中应用的方法、有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2015年1—12月,接受血液灌流治疗的尿毒症患者的资料。结果研究期间内共有62例尿毒症患者在常规血液透析的基础上接受486次的血液灌流的治疗。治疗的方法包括:前静态肝素化的预冲、治疗中的病情观察及护理、治疗后指标的监测。所有患者均顺利完成血液灌流治疗,未发生严重并发症。结论血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者,安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the methods, efficacy and safety of hemoperfusion in uremic patients. Methods This was a retrospective study. Collected and analzyed the data of uremic patients receiving hemoperfusion in our hospital from January to December 2015. Results During the study period, a total of 62 uremic patients were treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of conventional hemodialysis, with a total of 486 times. The methods of treatment include, pre static heparin pretreatment, observation and nursing in the treatment and monitoring of the indexes after treatment.All patients were successfully treated with hemoperfusion, no serious complications occurred. Conclusion Hemoperfusion is safe and effective for uremic patients.
