摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定颈康片中三七含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱:Inertsil ODS-SP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),检测波长:203 nm。结果三七皂苷R1在37.75~755.01μg,人参皂苷Rg1在144.97~2 899.40μg,人参皂苷Rb1在143.36~2 867.22μg,呈线性关系(r=0.999 9),三七皂苷R1的平均回收率为93.8%(RSD=1.7%)。人参皂苷Rg1的平均回收率为95.5%(RSD=0.8%)人参皂苷Rb1的平均回收率为93.8%(RSD=1.4%)。结论本方法结果准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。
Objective To determine the quality of panax notoginseng in Jingkang tablet, a simple and reliable method of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established. Methods The colum was Inertsil ODS-SP C18 column (4.6 mm×250mm, 5 μm particle size) and thedetective wavelength was 203 nm. Results The linear ranges for ginsenoside R1, ginsenoside RgI and ginsenoside Rb1 were 37.75-755.01 μg (r=0.999 9), 144.97-2 899.40 μg (r=0.999 9) and 143.36-2 867.22 μg (r=0.999 9),respectively. The average recovery rate was 93.8%, 95.5%, 93.8%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.7 %,0.8 %,1.4%, respectively. Conelusion HPLC analysis can be used for the quality assessment of Panax notoginseng in Jingkang tablet.
