摘要
目的探讨胃络瘀阻型胃炎采用胃腑荣通定汤治疗的临床效果。方法将纳入本研究的114例胃络瘀阻型胃炎患者按照1:1比例随机分为研究组(胃腑荣通定汤)与对照组(常规治疗)。对比两组临床疗效。结果两组总有效率、用药时间、胃功能恢复时间、胃脘疼痛消失时间对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃络瘀阻型胃炎患者采用胃腑荣通定汤治疗的效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gastric stasis winding resistance type gastritis with Wei Fu Rong Tong Ding decoction. Methods 114 patients with gastric stasis and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into study group （Wei Fu Rong Tong Ding decoction） and control group （conventional treatment） according to the proportion of 1：1. Comparison of clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The total efficiency of two groups, medication time, gastric function recovery time, epigastric pain disappeared time were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with Gastric stasis winding resistance type gastritis with Wei Fu Rong Tong Ding decoction treatment is remarkable.
