摘要
目的观察大肠埃希菌感染的临床分布情况,并统计分析大肠埃希菌对各种抗菌药物的耐药性,旨在控制医院感染。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月从临床中分离得到的168株大肠埃希菌标本的资料作为研究对象,统计分析168株大肠埃希菌在痰液、尿液、血液及脓液等中的分布情况,同时统计大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林、甲氨苄啶等抗菌药物的耐药情况。结果 168株大肠埃希菌中,98例来自医院感染,感染率为58.3%,70例属于社区感染,感染率为41.7%,临床分布主要以痰液、尿液、血液以及脓液为主,分别占29.8%、23.8%、13.1%以及11.9%;大肠埃希菌对各种抗菌药的耐药性统计数据显示,大肠埃希菌对甲氨苄啶、环丙沙星、哌拉西林、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟的耐药率较高,分别为84.5%、81.5%、89.3%、82.1%、80.4%;大肠埃希菌对美罗培南和亚胺培南的耐药率比较低,分别为0.6%和0.6%。结论大肠埃希菌主要分布于痰液、尿液、血液以及脓液中,美罗培南和亚胺培南可作为有效的抗菌药物控制感染。
Objective To observe the clinical distribution of Escherichia coli infection and to analyze the resistance of Escherichia coli to various antimicrobial agents, aiming at controlling nosocomial infection. Escherichia coli on a variety of antimicrobial drug resistance statistics showed that Escherichia coli on amphetamine, ciprofloxacin, piperacillin, ceftriaxone, cefotaxime resistance rate were high, resistant The rates were 84.5%, 81.5%, 89.3%, 82.1% and 80.4%, respectively. The resistance rate of Escherichia coli to meropenem and imipenem were 0.6% and 0.6%, respectively. Conclusion Escherichia coli is mainly distributed in sputum, urine, blood and pus, and meropenem and imipenem can be used as an effective antimicrobial agent to control infection.
