摘要
目的探究层级护理管理模式的应用价值。方法选择本院各科室不同时段的医护人员分两组,对照组(2014年9月—2015年8月),观察组(2015年9月—2016年8月),回顾性分析对照组护理管理当中存在的问题,并在2015年9月采取层级护理管理,对比工作质量评分。结果观察组工作质量分值较对照组高,其中质量总分是(92.52±4.87)分,相比对照组更具优势(P<0.05)。结论层级护理管理模式在护理管理中的应用价值非常显著。
Objective To exploring the application value of hierarchical nursing management model. Methods Choose the hospital departments at different times of medical staff in 2 groups,the control group （ from September 2014 to August 2015）, the observation group （ from September 2015 to August 2016）,retrospective analysis of the control group of nursing management problems, and in September 2015 to take the level of nursing management, compared to the work quality score. Results The working quality score of the observation group were higher than the control group, the total score was （92.52±4.87）, compared with the control group with more advantages （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application value of hierarchical nursing management model in nursing management is very significant.
