护理风险管理在普外科护理管理中的作用

The Role of Nursing Risk Management in General Surgery Nursing Management

目的探讨分析普外科护理管理中应用护理风险管理的作用。方法选取我院普外科2015年1—12月收治的90例患者按照随机抽签法随机分为实验组(45例,实施护理风险管理模式)和对照组(45例,实施常规护理管理模式),对比分析两组护理风险事件发生率以及护患纠纷发生率。结果实验组护理风险事件发生率为4.4%、护患纠纷发生率为4.4%,均低于对照组15.6%、17.8%,两组数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普外科护理中实施护理风险管理可有效降低护理风险发生率,减少护患纠纷,有利于提高临床护理质量以及患者护理满意度。

Objective To study the application of nursing risk management in general surgery nursing management. Methods 90 cases in our hospital department of general surgery from January to December 2015 were randomly according to patients were randomly divided into experimental group （45 cases, nursing risk management mode） and control group （45 cases, routine nursing management mode）,the incidence of nursing risk events and the incidence of nursing disputes were compared between two groups. Results In the experimental group, the incidence of nursing risk events was 4.4%, and the incidence of nurse patient disputes was 4.4%, which were lower than the control group 15.6%, 17.8%, two groups of data comparison, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing risk management in general surgery nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk, reduce the dispute of nurses and patients, to improve clinical nursing quality and patients satisfaction.
