探讨舒适护理在不稳定型骨盆骨折患者的应用效果

目的探讨对不稳定型骨盆骨折患者行舒适护理干预的临床效果。方法将2015年11月—2016年11月我院收治的96例骨折患者作为研究对象。一般组行常规护理,舒适组行舒适护理,观察并比较护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果舒适组的护理满意度42例(87.50%)高于一般组32例(66.67%),舒适组发生并发症发生率4例(8.33%)低于一般组18例(37.50%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对不稳定型盆骨骨折患者行舒适护理干预,不仅能够提高患者的护理满意度,还能够降低发生并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing intervention in patients with unstable pelvic fractures. Methods From November 2015 to November 2016, 96 patients with fractures were enrolled in this study. General group was given routine care, comfortable group was given comfortable care, observation and comparison of nursing satisfaction and the probability of complications. Results The satisfaction degree of comfort group was 42 （87.50%）, which was higher than the general group of 32 cases （66.67%）. The incidence of complications in the comfort group was 4 cases （8.33%）, which was lower than that in the normal group of 18 cases （37.50%）, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention in patients with unstable pelvic fractures can not only improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction, but also reduce the risk of complications.
