摘要
目的分析在骨折患者的临床护理中,健康教育干预对于患者最终康复结局的具体影响。方法选择我院于2016年1—12月收治的126例骨折患者为研究对象,将以上所有患者随机均分为单一组与干预组,单一组患者仅接受临床常规护理,干预组患者则需要在上述护理基础上接受健康教育,对两组患者的护理满意度情况、身体舒适程度及出现肌肉萎缩的症状情况进行对比观察。结果干预组患者的临床护理满意度明显高于单一组,且身体舒适程度更好,肌肉萎缩的发生例数也更少,两组患者的相关数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床中骨折患者的护理干预,健康教育对于骨折患者结局的影响更好。
Objective To analyze the specific effect of health education intervention on the final outcome of rehabilitation in patients with fractures. Methods 126 patients with fractures admitted in our hospital were selected as the subjects from January to December 2016. All the patients were randomly divided into single group and intervention group. The patients in the single group were treated with routine routine nursing and intervention group need to receive health education on the basis of the above care. The two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction, physical comfort and muscle atrophy of the symptoms were observed. Results The clinical nursing satisfaction of the patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the single group, and the degree of physical comfort was better and the number of cases of muscle atrophy was less. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Health education has a better impact on the outcome of fractures in terms of nursing care for patients with clinically fractured patients.
