摘要
目的研究对溃疡性结肠炎患者提供延续护理模式对患者心理及生活质量方面的影响。方法将我院于2014年2月—2016年2月收治的74例溃疡性结肠炎患者,按照入院先后顺序划分为普通组37例与研究组37例,为普通组患者提供一般手术护理流程,为研究组患者提供延续护理模式,总结两组患者生活质量评分、对护理服务满意度、评估两组患者入院时、干预后心理焦虑、抑郁评分。结果普通组患者生活习惯、饮食规律、家庭功能、健康状态等指标评分均低于研究组,P<0.05。两组患者入院时心理焦虑、抑郁评分结果对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;经护理干预后,研究组患者心理SAS、SDS评分均低于普通组,P<0.05。研究组满意度高于普通组,P<0.05。结论为溃疡性结肠炎患者提供延续性护理措施,大部分患者对护理干预措施表示满意、且患者生活质量得到有效提高,心理焦虑及抑郁情绪得到缓解。
Objeetive To study the effect of continuous nursing on psychological and living quality in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 74 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis patients admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to November 2016 were divided into general group of 37 cases and study group of 37 cases according to admission order. The patients in general group were provided with general surgery nursing process and patients in study group were provided continuous nursing mode to summarize the scores of living quality, and nursing service satisfactions and to evaluate the scores of psychological anxiety and depression when admission and after intervention for patients in two groups. Results The scores of living habits, dietary patterns, family function and health status, etc. of the general group were lower than those of the study group, withP 〈 0.05. The scores of psychological anxiety and depression were not statistically significant for patients in two groups when admission, with P 〉 0.05. After nursing intervention, the scores of psychological SAS, and SDS for patients in study group were lower than those of general group, with P 〈 0.05. The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the general group, with P 〈 0.05. Conclusion To provide continuous nursing measures for the patients with ulcerative colitis, most of the patients were satisfied with nursing intervention measures with effective improvement on the patients' living quality, and relieved psychological anxiety and depression mood.
