摘要
目的探讨消毒供应中心安全隐患针对性护理方法及效果。方法将我院消毒供应中心工作人员共15名作为研究对象,2014年12月—2015年12月不针对安全隐患进行护理,仅行常规护理;2016年1月—2017年1月施行安全隐患针对性护理。对比两个时期的质量达标率、护理质量和临床满意度。结果与2014年12月—2015年12月比较,2016年1月—2017年1月质量达标率较高,护理质量较高,临床满意度较高,经统计学处理,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论消毒供应中心安全隐患针对性护理的效果显著,质量达标率、护理质量及临床满意度明显提高。
Objective TO explore the perceptual nursing methods and effects of safety hazard in disinfection supply center. Methods A total of 15 staff members of our hospital disinfection supply center were studied. From December 2014 to December 2015, we did not carry out nursing care for safety risks, using routine care only. From January 2016 to January 2017, security risks targeted care was implemented.The quality compliance rate, nursing quality and clinical satisfaction in two periods were compared. Results Compared with December 2014 to December 2015, the quality compliance rate was higher from January 2016 to January 2017, and the quality of nursing was higher and the clinical satisfaction was higher. The results were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of safety care of disinfection supply center is obvious, the quality compliance rate, nursing quality and clinical satisfaction are obviously improved.
