摘要
全面预算管理是现代企业普遍采用的一种先进的战略管理手段,对企业的发展起着举足轻重的作用。论文在阐释全面预算管理目的与意义的基础上,认真总结了企业全面预算存在的问题与不足,并注重阐述了全面预算管理在现代企业管理中的重要性。
The comprehensive budget management is an advanced strategy ,it has been generally used in modem enterprise management, plays an important role on the development of enterprises. Paper explores the purpose and significance of comprehensive budget management, summarizes the problems and disadvantages existing in the enterprise comprehensive budget carefully, and expounds its importance in modem enterprise management.
