摘要
产学研早期介入全日制专业硕士研究生培养,即用人单位在学生入学时介入学生培养,缩小学校和社会对人才培养与需求之间的差距。然而在多年的产学研合作实践摸索过程中,一些关乎产学研合作向纵深发展的深层次问题逐渐浮出水面。政府、企业与高校之间的角色定位,产学研发展的法律保障、管理体制、科技等制约因素都需要亟待改善和解决。
The early involvement of graduate students in full-time postgraduate training, that is m say, the employing unit is involved in the training of students at the time of admission, to narrow the gap between the school and the society. However, in many years of practice in the process of industry university research cooperation, a number of issues related to the depth of cooperation between industry and university rise to the surface gradually. The role of government, enterprises and colleges and universities, legal protection, management system, science and technology, and other constraints need to be improved and resolved.
